Browsing the Site and using its services involves the collection and processing of users' personal data. It has therefore become imperative to establish a Personal Data Protection Policy in order to comply with current directives and regulations concerning the processing of personal data.
The Site's Privacy Policy has been designed in accordance with the directives of the Data Protection Commission (CPD). Its purpose is to inform Users of the Site about the practices used to process their personal information, as well as the commitments and actions we have adopted to ensure the protection of Users' personal data. This policy has been drafted in compliance with the following standards:
The Privacy Act 2018;
The European Data Protection Regulation 2018;
Legislation incorporating the 2018 European Data Protection Regulation.
The version presented on the Site represents the current version of this policy. The Seller reserves the right to adjust it at any time in order to comply with current legal obligations. Changes to the Privacy Policy will be shared with Users to obtain their agreement to the new policy.

Article 1 - Definitions
1.1 Technical terminology relating to the safeguarding of personal information
On our website, the definitions below apply as specified in the GDPR (Article 4);
Consent : expression of the data subject's consent, demonstrated by a voluntary, precise, conscious and unequivocal undertaking, by which the data subject authorises, through a manifest affirmative statement or action, the "processing" of his/her personal data.
Controller: "The individual or entity, public authority, agency, or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union law or the law of a Member State, the controller may be designated or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by Union law or the law of a Member State";
Subcontractor : "entity or individual, government authority, department or other organisation processing personal data under the direct authority of the controller";
Treatment : "means any action or set of actions, whether or not performed with the aid of automated processes, applied to personal data or sets thereof, including collection, recording, organization, storage, preservation, adjustment or modification, removal, retrieval, use, disclosure by mailing, dissemination or otherwise making available, combination or combination, restriction, deletion or demolition";
Personal data breaches : "a security incident resulting in the unauthorised deletion, disappearance, modification or disclosure of, or unauthorised access to, personal data that has been sent, stored or otherwise managed".
1.2 Other expressions used in this document
"Customer Consumer: as defined by the introductory article of the Consumer Rights Act 2022, an individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside his or her trade, business, craft or profession;
"Website refers to the https://myiq1.com/ managed by the Seller and accessible by the User;
"User means any person who browses our Site and accesses its information.
ARTICLE 2 - What is personal data?
Personal information includes all details that enable an individual to be identified directly or indirectly (first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, physical address, etc.).
In this regard, the RGPD characterises personal data as follows: "any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (known as the 'data subject'); 'identifiable' means any individual who can be recognised, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location information, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that individual".
ARTICLE 3 - Information on Minors
Under Article 8 of European Regulation 2016/679 and data protection legislation, only a minor aged 15 or over is able to give consent to the processing of his or her personal data.
Users under the age of fifteen (15) are asked to ensure that they have the authorisation of a legal guardian, in accordance with the Vendor's requirements, to allow the collection of their personal information and access to the services offered by the Site.
The Seller cannot be held responsible if a user provides personal data relating to a minor under the age of fifteen (15).
ARTICLE 4 - Collection of personal information
We ask for your agreement.
When using the Site, Users are asked to provide their personal data on several occasions (as explained in article 5). By providing this information, the User authorises the collection and use of his/her personal data by the Seller, solely for the purposes specified in article 5 of the Policy. This consent, together with other justifications, constitutes the legal basis for the processing of the data collected.
The Seller undertakes to collect and process only the data that is essential for the purposes for which it is collected. We guarantee our Users that the data will not be used for purposes other than those specified above. In the event that a new service or functionality requiring the collection and processing of new data is introduced on the Site, we undertake to obtain Users' consent once again before launching said service.
Whenever the Site processes personal data, the Seller undertakes to take all appropriate measures to ensure that the personal data is accurate and appropriate for the purposes for which it is used.
ARTICLE 5 - Purpose of processing
We collect the User's information exclusively for the following processing purposes:
5.1 Registering an account (optional)
Users can create an account on the Site by providing certain information: surname, first name and e-mail address. This information is collected for the following purposes:
- Confirmation that their account has been activated;
- Setting up a user account ;
- Interaction with the Customer ;
- After-sales service management.
The legal basis is based on the creation of a contract through the issue of an order, which is accepted on these terms.
5.2 Ordering procedure
In order to place an order on the Site, Customers are required to provide the following information: surname, first name, e-mail address and billing address.
User information and communication data are used exclusively for the purposes of :
- Customer order confirmation ;
- Customer order management ;
- Provision of services included in the order;
- After-sales assistance.
Customers are also informed that when they place an order, they will receive messages from the Vendor relating to their transaction (such as invoices, password changes and personality analysis results). They may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by using the unsubscribe options available in the e-mails sent by the Vendor.
The legal basis rests on the fulfilment of a contract resulting from the issue of an order, with the customer consenting to these terms.
5.3 Payment of benefits
Payment for purchases on the Site is made using our STRIPE payment service, which manages the Customer's payment information independently. The Seller has no access to the Customer's financial information.
5.4 Subscription
When the Customer makes a purchase on the Site, they are automatically subscribed to the Vendor's Subscription as specified in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS). If the subscription is not cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours, it is automatically renewed for a period of one month, with tacit renewal.
The information required to complete the subscription is that which the Customer provides when placing the order, and is used for :
- Offer subscription services;
- Administer aspects of the subscription such as billing, cancellation and renewal;
- Provide after-sales support.
5.5 Contact form
A contact form is available on the Site. In order to process their request, Users are required to provide their surname, first name, e-mail address and telephone number. This personal information and the data relating to the communication are used exclusively for :
- Manage the User's request ;
- To provide a response to the User's request. This is based on the consent given by the User.
5.6 Analysis
When using the Site, Users may be asked to enter their personal connection details (cookies, tracers).
Information relating to connection and navigation is used exclusively for statistical analysis (to study site traffic and user experience) and for the other purposes described in the cookies policy.
Processing is required for the Seller's legitimate interests, in particular to provide Users with a smooth and optimised browsing experience.
Identifying information is also used to prevent and combat all forms of digital fraud.
The legal justification is based on compliance with a legislative requirement.
ARTICLE 6 - Data retention period
We scrupulously respect the legal retention periods for data, and User data is only kept for the time required to meet the purposes for which it was collected.
The retention periods are defined as follows:

Identity information of Users who are not customers (surname, first name): this data is deleted or made anonymous three (3) years after the last exchange with the User, unless the User has asserted a right (in accordance with the RGPD) leading to its prior deletion;

Contact information for Users who are not customers (e-mail address, telephone number, physical address): this is deleted or made anonymous three (3) years after the last exchange with the User, unless the User has exercised a right (under the RGPD) resulting in its early deletion;

Information concerning Customers who have made a purchase: this is deleted five (5) years after the end of the commercial relationship with the Customer, unless the Customer has exercised a right (in accordance with the RGPD) which has led to its early deletion;

Connection data: this is kept, in accordance with the cookies policy, for a period of up to 13 months (unless otherwise stated in article 13).
As part of the formulation of our data management policy, we have put in place a reference framework for the data retention period, designed on the basis of advice provided by the Data Protection Commission.
In addition, the Seller may retain certain personal information in order to comply with its legal or regulatory obligations, to facilitate the exercise of users' rights or for statistical purposes. When the retention period for personal data expires, this information will either be deleted or made anonymous.
ARTICLE 7 - Access to information
The information gathered via the Site is strictly reserved for the use of the recipients mentioned.
7.1 Website hosting
The Site is hosted by Namecheap, located at 8 rue de la Ville l'Évêque, 75008 Paris. https://www.namecheap.com/
The hosting operator may access information according to its responsibilities dedicated to hosting the website. It has restricted access to user data, necessary for the provision of its services, and must respect a contractual obligation to use this data in accordance with the laws in force on the protection of personal data.

7.2 Third-party suppliers
The Site and the Seller use services provided by third parties to offer certain functions. These third-party suppliers have restricted access to Users' information, solely for the purpose of providing these services, and are contractually bound to comply with the laws in force concerning the protection of personal data.
Stripe is responsible for processing payments for orders placed on the Site.
Statistical information on users (cookies) is used to optimise the user experience and to facilitate the development of the site's functionalities. Users are advised to consult the site's cookie management policy.
7.3 Legal responsibilities
The Seller may also share information with third parties and competent authorities in order to comply with legal, judicial, fiscal or regulatory requirements. It assures Users that personal data will not be transferred to unapproved third parties without the User's prior, explicit, informed and voluntary authorisation.
The Seller is prohibited from processing, hosting or transferring the data collected from its users to a country outside the European Union or considered "non-adequate" by the European Commission, without having first informed the owner of the data and without its consent.
ARTICLE 8 - Information security
The Seller has implemented all necessary and adequate precautionary measures, in accordance with current best practice, to ensure the protection of your data within a secure framework, aimed at preventing its destruction, loss, modification, disclosure or unauthorised access. Despite our best efforts, it is important to note that no means of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage can be considered perfectly secure. Consequently, we cannot promise infallible security. If a security vulnerability is discovered, we will notify affected users so that they can take appropriate action. Our incident notification methods are designed to comply with our legal obligations, both at national and European level.
If the integrity and confidentiality of your information is compromised, the data controller promises to follow established procedures in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Seller does not resell or outsource any User information.
ARTICLE 9 - Individual rights
In accordance with the regulations of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the European General Data Protection Regulation, users of the site have the following rights:
9.1 Right of access, modification and deletion
Users may access, update, modify or request the deletion of their personal data by sending an e-mail to the person responsible for managing personal data. The request must be detailed and sent to the following e-mail address: contact.myiq1@gmail.com.
9.2 Right to data portability
The User is entitled to request the transfer of his/her personal data, whether from the Site or the Seller, to a different platform, by formulating a request for the transfer of his/her personal data to the data processing manager, by sending an e-mail to the address indicated above.
9.3 Right to restrict and object to data processing
The User may request that the processing of his/her personal data be restricted or object to it, and the Seller may not reject this request unless it proves the existence of valid and serious reasons which outweigh the interests and the rights and freedoms of the User.
The User is required to submit a request to restrict the processing of his/her personal data by contacting the Data Manager via the email mentioned above.
9.4 Right not to be subject solely to a decision taken by an automated process
Under Regulation 2016/679, the User has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing if that decision has legal consequences for him or her or significantly affects him or her in a comparable way.
9.5 Right to decide what happens to data
It is emphasised to the User that they have the possibility of defining the directives relating to the fate of their personal data after their death, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
ARTICLE 10 - Exercise of Rights
10.1 How to assert your rights

Requests will be examined and finalised within a period of one month, unless a valid and well justified reason by the Seller requires an extension of this period.
10.2 Appeal to the Data Protection Commission
If the Seller does not meet the User's expectations, the User may appeal to the Data Protection Commission via the link https://www.dataprotection.ie/.
ARTICLE 11 - Cookie Policy
11.1 What is a Cookie?
Users are advised that a cookie is a small file installed on the user's device (computer, tablet or mobile device) by our website during browsing. This file does not contain any personal data, but it facilitates the establishment of a connection between the user's device and their browsing preferences and experience on our website (such as location, language, font size).
11.2 User agreement
Where the use of "cookie" files involves the storage and examination of personal data, the User's consent is systematically sought. This approval remains in effect for a period of thirteen (13) months, with certain exceptions (see table Art.13), after which renewal of consent will be required from the User.
ARTICLE 12 - Use of Cookies
In accordance with S.I. No. 336/2011 - The European Community Electronic Communications Networks and Services (Privacy and Electronic Communications) Regulations 2011, the Seller hereby notifies Users of the Site that cookies collect certain data stored on the hard disk of their device. This data is used to create statistics relating to visits to the Site and to offer services based on the choices they have made during previous visits.
An alert notification, presented as a banner, is displayed to each User who visits the Site, asking them whether they accept cookies before anything else. In order to ensure that the User's consent is free, informed and unambiguous, this banner will remain visible until the User has made their choices and continued to browse the Site.
Cookies will not be deposited or read without the User's prior consent:
